Return Period

 

You may apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

 

Reurn Conditions

 

The product must remain in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and retain all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Returns will not be accepted for any products that are damaged, worn, or missing original packaging due to wearing, use, or other reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized products, personal items, and other products explicitly marked as non-returnable will not be accepted for return.

 

II. Refund Policy

 

Refund Processing

 

After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Shipping fees and other related charges are not included in the refund amount.

 

Refund Amount

 

If the product meets the return conditions, a full refund will be issued. If the product is damaged or missing any parts, the refund amount may be deducted accordinglyProcessing Fees.

In some cases, a processing fee may be charged for the return, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Shipping

 

The returned product should be shipped back via the shipping method of your choice, and the tracking number should be retained. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process.
