The machine is hand-trimmed and then flat-embroidered with lock-edge patches. The pocket edges, cuffs and plackets are all flat-sewn with contrasting ribbons. The ribbons are hand-woven with polyester glossy filaments. The hems are all hand-picked to seal the hems. The molds are customized with bronze material and golden anchor hand-sewn buttons.
